Botanical Candles

I have purchased the 2" x 6.5" cylinder molds from Candlewic but they have been out of stock for a while. You might want to keep checking though or maybe even give them a call to see if they have any in their warehouse that they just haven't listed yet.

The 3" x 6.5" is currently available at Candle Science where I purchased mine at a great price.

Another place you can order them from is North Valley Candle Mold Company. You won't be able to create an online account until you've accumulated $500 in orders. Hit the "request a quote" or give them a call for your order and see how much they are. I have had them custom-make molds for me in the past.

Another option is Amazon. They are a bit more pricey but remember that you only have to buy these once.

LX - 8 Wick Roll - 4 oz - Candlewic

Spatula to push dried flowers into mold

MP-137 Paraffin Pillar Wax - Candle Science

I always buy 5 - 45 pound cases to save on shipping. The good news is they just announced that their shipping rates are 30% lower.

Fragrance Oils - I get my fragrance oils from a few different companies. Just make sure to check that they are phthalate-free so they are non-toxic.

Other necessary Tools:

Pouring Pot

Get about 4 of them to make sure you have enough. I keep one in my box of wax for easy scooping

Large Pouring Pot

Get one of these to easily refill your melting pot.

XL Presto Pot

This is the pot you need to melt your wax. Don't bother with a smaller one as you'll have to keep refilling it and waste time waiting for the wax to melt.

Heat Gun

This is faster than the one we used at the workshop. Just be sure to use the lowest setting or it will burn your botanicals.
